- rayzrsharp24 lipca 2025One of my fave T.C. movies. I revisit this film ~twice a year. Also a huge Cameron Crowe fan as his movies always have the best soundtracks! Probably my 20th time watching this film. Performances are excellent! I learn something new each time I see it. Very thought provoking. Confusing the first few times watching but you'll get it as you watch again and relate to your own dreams. Great acting! Great cast. Great story. Better than the original foreign version, which I sought out and watched just to see the differences.

I think this can end up being a "fun" watch for the average viewer who may or may not be cozied up on the couch with their partner. For myself, I found the first act of the movie really cool. Interesting characters, great chemistry between the actors, compelling arcs, but it's like they decided to smash the second half of this movie with a completely different idea and then it is this idea that ends up taking more screen time than anything that attracted the viewer in the first act. Because of that, this movie started to lose steam for me, and ended up being a slightly worse Black Mirror episode.
