När de utforskar ett övergivet informationscenter, blir de förföljda av en maskerad mördare och brutalt mördade, en efter en - bara för att vakna upp och vara tillbaka vid samma kvälls början. Utan att kunna ta sig därifrån tvingas de att återuppleva natten om och om igen, men varje gång är hotet från mördaren annorlunda och mer skrämmande än den förra. Med sinande hopp inser gruppen snart att de har ett begränsat antal liv kvar och att det enda sättet att överleva är att hålla sig vid liv till gryningen.

- Bgc41123 februari 2026A wannabe “edgy”/extremely condensed version of an incredible game and story that gave credit/honor to the Algonquin people. This is just a pale (literally) imitation. Could’ve easily elevated it and made it even creepier while including the people whose tribe it belongs to. Alas, they went the trash route instead.

- JoshuaW27 december 2025A GREAT Horror Movie💯🤙🏼. Suspense was killing me. Keeps you guessing pretty much the whole time. 17+ for sure though. Kids would have nightmares. Must see, but not alone in the dark.

The movie isn't horrible but it's not great either. If you're not a fan of the game the movie will probably be better but to the gamers this movie is really gonna let you down.
- Michi.42226 april 2025A must watch for Until Dawn fans. I wasn't really convinced by the trailer at first, but I was in the cinema at the release and I thought the connection to the game was great and that it tells more and is great in so many other ways. I hope for a sequel.

Sandberg has a lot of talent but I think he needs to work with some better writers lmao there were a whole lot of good parts but also some critically bad parts I have terrible vision so I usually try to see films in IMAX when in theaters nowadays but I watched this on the second smallest theater screen I’ve ever been to and it still rocked lol Watched at Derby Plaza Theaters lol sorry guys

However, the story felt a bit weak, and the conclusion wasn't as satisfying or complete as it should have been. Despite this, the strong performances and visuals make it worth watching for genre enthusiasts.
