Union Ratings & Reviews
- Kevin WardJuly 1, 2025Liked this and it does a good job a highlighting how extremely difficult an independent unionization effort can be. Not only are you going up against Trillion dollar company that is highly incentivized to thwart any unionization efforts, there’s also friction with national labor unions. And when you get down to it, it can be incredibly hard to just simply get even a small group of people to agree on what it is they actually want. For anyone that’s tried to pick a restaurant with a group of 10-12 people, imagine 7000. I had kind of hoped this would go more in depth into the work conditions at Amazon and provide the broader context to why an organized labor union is necessary. This didn’t really end with a significant call to action and as such doesn’t really feel like an urgent watch.
- adam3199July 7, 2025I started watching this and unfortunately it was the wrong file. It ended up being a Mark Wahlberg movie. I am not sure which is worse or whether I was spared or smited.
