This film is nowhere close to as good as its predecessor, yet this sequel still packs a solid 90s action flick punch. Eric Bogosian's performance was by far the standout in this film, yet it's worth noting the appearances of Morris Chestnut & Katherine Heigl early on in their careers. Though they tried to take things to a higher level when it comes to the action scenes, the execution of those scenes fell a bit short. However, the pacing in this film was just as solid as the first which keeps you engaged from start to finish.
