The world we live in now with the looming threat of ASI on the horizon seems so far removed from the world in which this movie was released. it doesn't feel so unrealistic anymore and it tells an important tale that the language has since evolved to make clearer - Alignment won't save us from an ASI, only if we integrate with it, may we have a chance of surviving with our agency in tact.

- Luke EricksonJune 13, 2026Sorry Johnny! I just couldn't do it. The AI nightmare is real and it's alive in this script. Interesting concepts but kind of confusing and slow. I'm a real G and saw it in theaters back in the day. You only have to watch it once. Maybe hangout with your kids at a park instead of viewing it? I took the hit so you don't have to.
- robert39109May 8, 2025Good movie but the writers aren't to bright. If you can't pump water people start dying in about 3 days, espically in the desert regions. People are going to kill each other to get at the maybe a weeks worth of food in the stores. Then starvation and people will eat their pets then each other. That quiet world would be filled with fire, smoke screams, the dead and dying.
