Directed by Mark MonroeWhere to Watch Titan: The OceanGate Disaster
- FVNKYFLIX17 December 2025Titan: The OceanGate Disaster is what happens when a CEO decides the deep sea is just another frontier to conquer, ignoring every expert and safety protocol—kind of like Miles Dyson thinking he could build Skynet without consequences. Stockton Rush isn’t the T-1000, but he’s got that same blind faith in his own genius, while the Titan submersible is less a marvel and more a ticking time bomb. Sarah Connor would be the first to point out the warning signs, but everyone else is too busy chasing a dream to notice. The T-800 would be reading the manual, and the T-1000 would be the only one who could survive the implosion. The whole thing feels like a real-world version of Terminator 2, except instead of a robot apocalypse, it’s a corporate ego apocalypse. The submersible implodes not because of a malfunction, but because the people in charge ignored every red flag, every expert, and every rule in the book. Hasta la vista, baby — because if Dyson, the T-800, the T-1000, Sarah Connor, and the OceanGate crew all argued over who gets the last seat in the sub, John Connor would be the only one left to actually swim it. And honestly, at this point, I’d just let the T-1000 have it. That motherf***er can shape-shift, man—let him figure out how to breathe underwater.
- Lucas LeCompte19 June 2025Dollar store Elon Musk, Richard Rush, tries and fails to make a submarine out of a material that doesn't do well underwater. Like NSYNC said, Dirty PoP. Richard Rush is the definition of more money than sense. The doc is very good and gives you a true look at how many people tried to save lives but couldn't because Rich was too highly regarded to listen to anyone.
- Vincent Reggiannini19 June 2025A haunting study in rampant narcissism. Stockton Rush was an out-of-control lunatic, drunk on the mistaken belief that mediocre grades, mindless marketing and sheer confidence can power your way through physics and reality. Stockton Rush was the Timothy Treadwell of submersibles - aimlessly ranting about his supposed genius and willingness to push the boundaries of accepted safety practices, and reality.
