Tidy Away
Dirigido por Chris CosentinoTidy Away follows Val, an elegant yet approachable, 60 year old recent widow. Her burly, 20 year old son Jack tries to be there for her best he can but, when she's alone she's just that: all alone. Rather than give in to any semblance of grief or sadness though, she stays busy. She sorts through all of her late husband's things, all of her own things, all of their things. Things that emotionally impact her son Jack but, that she refuses to let have any effect on her. Her already cluttered home becomes filled with boxes and bin bags as she sorts. Her home becomes completely empty and baron as she "puts away" everything she doesn't want or need any more. Anything and everything from her married life, finds its way into a box and gets tidied away, leaving her with a home devoid of any emotional attachment.
