It just seemed like they were trying too hard to make this the next stoner comedy like Dude Where's My Car or Pineapple Express. It wasn't horrible, but I was kind of waiting for the end to come.

“Have you seen his shadow?” Dude, Where’s My Laptop? Pizza (Buffet) Movie Taco Party (I’m sorry) Ganja & LSD-ise (it’s a play on Thelma & Louise) “Are we….ladies?” Ultra campy and dumb in a good way! It’s a woman-led stoner adventure comedy perfectly in the vein of Pineapple Express. Supsr silly and a good time! Produced by Seth & Evan - it’s gonna bang Zack Fox is great in anything and everything Kunail’s been on a fun run! Lakeith is really redeeming himself for the conspiracy shit he said during COVID! Love Taj Cross from Pen15! Weird seeing him as an adult and/or object of affection. First The Final Girls, now The Wrong Girls- what’s next, Alia? The Only Girl? This movie was so much ridiculous fun! It's heavily reliant on the two leads and their chemistry, and Stewart and Shawkat don't disappoint, they are absolutely brilliant. The story is nuts, but you are swept up and entertained by Stewart and Shawkat.

I may have needed to be high to really enjoy The Wrong Girls, because honestly, half the time I had no idea what the hell was going on. It doesn't make much sense but it is kind of well made and you can definitely see that everyone involved is having fun with it. It reminded me to "Dude, Where's My Car?" that kind of stoner comedy where things keep getting more and more ridiculous and you're supposed to just go with it. I can see why some people will love that but for me it didn't quite work. Dude, Where's My Car? somehow feels more naturally stupid while this one sometimes feels like it's trying too hard to be weird. There are some funny moments the two leads have good chemistry and I liked the visual side of it. But by the end I was mostly thinking that maybe I needed to be high to fully get the joke.

The entire movie is 100% absolutely the most ridiculous 99 minutes ever! And that's quite possibly why it's so damn good! It's like if How High, Harold & Kumar, and Pineapple Express all sat down, really high and then thought about making a movie, came up with a script and then handed the idea to some out of work pot movie writer who locked themselves into a closet, got really high while watching OG Star Trek. The premise is terrible. The story is just "wait, whaaaaaa?!?!" And if you don't spend 99 minutes of your life watching this absolute trainwreck of a movie you will regret the rest of your life in 99 minute segments. Should you watch this? Only if you're not a boring dump on the log, in which case you really need to watch this movie. I just have one piece of advice, avoid dip when you watch this movie. Once you watch it, you'll know why I warned you.

This was an amusing story; I probably would have enjoyed it a lot more if I were hammered when I was watching it. But overall it was entertaining.

It has charm that’s for sure but it’s just alright as far as stoner comedies go. Maybe I needed to be high to properly enjoy this.

The Wrong Girls is the kind of micro‑budget chaos that makes you check the timestamp every five minutes, wondering how a film can feel both hyperactive and dead on arrival. I lasted twenty minutes before my eyes begged for mercy — and honestly, that was already too generous. Kristen Stewart has carved out a very specific cinematic identity — and if that identity grates on you, it really grates. Her trademark performance style is a cocktail of mumbling, half‑closed eyes, and a perpetual air of disinterest that can make even high‑stakes scenes feel like she’s bored and waiting for the wrap call.

Just seems that in a stoner movie, the actors should at the very least look stoned. And quit giving Seth Rogen voice acting gigs, it never matches. You think they would have learn with Paul.

Fun little movie, like if Beavis and Butthead were girls and made a movie about it.
