In Montreal, hapless dentist Oz Oseransky (Matthew Perry) realizes his new neighbor is Jimmy "The Tulip" Tudeski (Bruce Willis), a hitman turned informant. Entangled by his scheming wife, Oz plots to sell Jimmy out to the mob, triggering a comedic crime fiasco.
