- ርልዪረFebruary 2, 2025🎤I love this movie so much! While normally I only watch horror/historical shows, The Wedding Singer always cheers me up when I'm depressed, going through a breakup, or it is just a proper hilarity on my good days. Genuinely super funny and a lovely story as well. It reminds me that even when life seems like it's falling apart, you can still laugh, and that great things often start off in initially heartbreaking situations :) I have watched this movie probably 50 times since I was a teenager and am watching it yet again tonight while I reflect on the fact that my ex was not the one for me haha I HIGHLY recommend!

- flavo43December 6, 2025Adam Sandler’s The Wedding Singer (1998) stands out as one of his most charming and successful comedies. Set in the delightfully nostalgic 1980s, the film blends romance and humor with a quirky soundtrack that perfectly captures the era. Sandler shines as Robbie Hart, a down-on-his-luck wedding singer whose mix of awkwardness and sincerity makes him instantly relatable. Drew Barrymore’s Julia provides the perfect counterpart, and their chemistry elevates the story beyond typical rom-com fare. The film is hilarious and entertaining, filled with memorable gags and heartfelt moments that balance the absurdity with genuine emotion. Supporting characters add extra layers of fun, while the music keeps the energy high throughout. More than just a comedy, The Wedding Singer is a feel-good film that celebrates love, laughter, and second chances. It’s the kind of movie that makes you wish you had your own wedding singer.
