The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Ratings & Reviews
- FVNKYFLIXDecember 22, 2025Eclipse is basically Terminator 2, if Judgment Day was a love triangle and the T-800 was Edward brooding in the corner while the T-1000 was Jacob, constantly shape-shifting between “protective friend” and “angry ex.” Instead of Skynet, it’s Victoria building an army of newborn vampires—basically a bunch of rogue Terminators with fangs and a grudge. Bella’s the Sarah Connor figure, except she’s less “I’ll be back” and more “I’ll be waiting for my prom date to decide if he wants to save the world or just sulk.” The big battle scene is less “high-tech showdown” and more “muddy field day gone wrong,” with everyone running around yelling and trying not to get turned into vampire chow. The real threat isn’t the apocalypse—it’s Bella’s indecision, which is somehow more dangerous than any Terminator. In the end, it’s all about who gets to stand next to Bella in the yearbook, but really, it’s just a reminder that no matter how many armies you raise or how many times you save the world, high school drama is the real unstoppable force. “Let’s face it, I’m the reason you’re both here.” — Bella, proving once again that sometimes, the most dangerous thing in the world isn’t Skynet, it’s prom season.
- Dan HernandezDecember 9, 2025Think I'm ready to say I'm team Jacob. Edward is a possessive freak. I mean Jacob's kind of a homewrecker and should just let things go. Honestly they're all, including Bella, terrible people.
- Princess ZoeJuly 19, 2025Good movie
- danJanuary 29, 2025FINALLY ! victoria died and the army who's creating them by riley with victoria. Vultori is a clan maybe because what I've been heard from bella and edward that vampire's has law too like human being and so on. I feel bad for jacob because he's so in love with bella but bella didn't love him back the way jacob wants. For real huh it might be good If bella would go with jacob you'll know why if you see it too and if she's go to edward have more difficulties or conflict will happen but there's nothing to worry about because I know that the cullens will protect bella not matter cost, But in the end i most prefer bella would end up with edward. ONE MORE THING THAT I LOVE ♡ ! this girl named aliceeee iss sooooo like what i mean she caught my attention even in her first appearance in the movie >< like i her hair, the way she talk, her outfitttttt omg and lastly her personality. - grammarwarning ⚠️
- Das_LamaJuly 4, 2025Better than the previous one, but that isn't saying much. Bella is an idiot, and the vamps and werewolves need to come out of the closet. I never understood the draw of this series. Unmatched only by the stupidity of The Hunger Games. To each their own, I guess.
- DaeyulBagginsSeptember 10, 2025Greatest movie ever made! Face punch!! 🤛
- christinav61November 19, 2025I love twilight. Entertaining romantic
- MrReclusiveNovember 18, 2025Watched this with RiffTrax audio.. The only way to watch these sparkly shirtless dumb movies. and does anyone actually believe a vampire AND a werewolf would be all stuck on some one as dull as bella.
- retro_polloSeptember 6, 2025Its my guilty pleasure
- pheonixwilliamsJune 4, 2025Love this movie but went thru a stage of "uhm so who is it gonna be jacob or Edward because like u have 2 men fighting over u and u can't even choose 1 of them to love and the 1 u choose is Edward? Omd jacob loves u and he keeps trying and won't let go until u love him Bella!" SO team jacob for life.
- HakihikoMarch 8, 2025Still Lacking Depth "Twilight Saga: Eclipse" brings more action and higher stakes to the series, making it a slight improvement over New Moon. However, while it refines some aspects of the franchise, it still suffers from weak dialogue, an unconvincing love triangle, and inconsistent pacing. Kristen Stewart's Bella remains emotionally detached, making it difficult to connect with her struggles. Robert Pattinson's Edward and Taylor Lautner's Jacob both get more screen time, but their rivalry feels repetitive and forced rather than compelling. Lautner brings more energy to his role, but the chemistry between the three leads still feels unbalanced. The supporting cast, including the Cullens and the Volturi, continues to be underdeveloped, despite having the potential to add more intrigue to the story. The film does benefit from improved action sequences, especially the final battle, which offers some well-executed choreography and visual effects. The werewolves are more involved this time, adding a new dynamic to the story. The cinematography also moves away from the overly muted color tones of the first two films, giving "Eclipse" a slightly fresher look. Despite these improvements, "Eclipse" still struggles with clunky dialogue, uneven storytelling, and a romance that lacks emotional depth. While it provides some entertainment value, especially in its action moments, it fails to fully deliver on its potential.
