Directed by Kuei Chih-HungA restaurant owner is a decent and honorable man. He takes care of his employees as if they are family. Each day he has to deal with young punks and thugs. This is a society where juvenile criminals are coddled by the justice system and the victims of crimes are left to suffer. He fights back as a vigilante against those who have hurt his people.
