Started with a brilliant horror premise but devolved into a criminal chase. You could see the "twist" in the end coming a mile away. Purely historical value as a 70s "thriller". Sharper editing was needed. Too slow and too many scenes repetitive for the dramatic and narrative dividend expected. See it out of plain curiosity.

A group of selfish 70s Ayn-Rand types resort to cannibalism when they’re left for a week trapped in a mine.   Shortly before being rescued they eat an unwilling man’s arm (off screen.) Instead of doing everything for the man they dump him and pretend it didn’t happen.    In the end the bearded jerk who came up with the arm eating is caught and begs for his life from a small room he’s locked in.  He reminds me of the devil in the classic Twilight Zone The Howling Man.   Appropriate.   Like other horrors like Cult of the Cobra I spent the whole film rooting for everyone to be killed. The soundtrack does all the hard work and it slaps.
