It features an outstanding cast, of which I particularly want to praise John Cusack. One look at Mr. Van Wetter and I knew what I needed to know. Nuff said there. Kidman managed to be her usual charming self despite the tramp of a character she got here. Efron and McConaughey worked great as brothers and I especially liked how Jack connected with the rest of the world. I haven't read the book, but I'm looking forward to see how it compares.
