We invite you to meetings with the pioneer of Polish neurosurgery. Professor Miroslaw Zabek, together with his team from the Bródnowski Hospital in Warsaw, developed an innovative therapy for the treatment of a severe inborn error of metabolism that prevents the child's development (L-aromatic amino acid decarboxylase deficiency, AADC). The program accompanies Professor Zabek while performing complex brain surgeries on patients with this disease. We will also meet a surgeon working with him, Professor Krzysztof Bankiewicz, who came to Warsaw from a hospital specializing in the treatment of such congenital brain defects in San Francisco. Together, using the latest achievements of medical knowledge and innovative technologies, doctors perform miracles and change the lives of their little patients once and for all. They give these little people a new life without pain.
