Directed by Otto PremingerArthur Davis, a British Foreign Office official attached to the African section, inadvertently takes a file with him when he goes to meet his colleague Cynthia, whom he loves unrequitedly. The top brass in British Intelligence fear he may be a double-agent leaking secrets to Moscow, and plan to stop the damage permanently. But the damage isn't stopped, and Colonel Daintry must investigate further.
