Harvey delivers a chilling performance through body language alone—his sweat, stares, and twitchy movements are deeply unsettling. Shot in grainy black-and-white (which paradoxically makes the gore even more graphic), the film is filled with scenes that are downright revolting. From barbed wire to sandpaper, every detail is meticulously designed to offend, shock, and provoke.
