In "The Eagle Fist," Captain Lau Si Chung (Chi Kuan Chun) faces humiliation after losing to an eccentric old man. He trains rigorously at a hidden temple to master his skills, only to discover his master's murder ties to the elusive bandit, "The Red Dart." Fueled by vengeance, Lau embarks on a quest for justice and recovery of a stolen nerve-lock manual.
