He learns that the only cure for her sickness is an ancient remedy that involves collecting the hearts of the recently deceased. Who better to perform this contemptible act than the local gravedigger himself? Though wary of such a request, Carlyle is willing to do anything in a desperate attempt to save his daughter. However all is not what it seems, as Carlyle soon discovers the doctor's true intentions a little too late.
