Aus dem Ruhestand zurückgekehrt, stoßen die Warrens vor Ort auf ein Artefakt, das mit der Geburt ihrer Tochter Judy in Verbindung steht und Erinnerungen an ihren allerersten Fall weckt. Die Ereignisse spitzen sich zu – es kommt zu einer letzten Konfrontation mit einem Dämon, der sie seit Jahrzehnten verfolgt.

- eyeofthetornado5. September 2025Just watched The Conjuring: Last Rites and honestly… it’s definitely the weakest one in the franchise. Relying on one symbol which is mirror felt lazy, and the same jump scares over and over started to get predictable. But hey, it’s still The Conjuring. We love this universe, and even if this one didn’t hit as hard as the others, we still had a fun time watching it. Sometimes just being back in that spooky world is enough. 👻

- Rick4. September 2025What I’ve learned from these movies is that if you finish your basement and don’t have a creepy attic you are 87% less likely to be haunted by demons. I thought this was a fitting send off to the Conjuringverse, but I was informed this is actually just the end of Phase 1….. so I guess we have another dozen of these coming.
- Zokkiie8. Februar 2026Honestly, it feels like the movie is trying really hard to feel important, even when it’s just being a typical Conjuring sequel. There are some effective scares and the focus on Judy gives it a nice emotional hook, but the story plays it pretty safe. It’s entertaining enough and looks good, just not especially memorable. Still, a fun horror night
- FTV3. Februar 2026While this wasn’t my favorite movie in the franchise it was still good to see the Warrens at it again. Fighting evil. Saving innocent people from the darkness. Vera Farmiga, and Patrick Wilson are so good that I believed they were married in real life. Their chemistry is next level. I hope this is not truly the last movie because this Cinematic universe is one of the best. If it’s connected to the Conjuring Universe I am watching it.
