The Conjuring: Last Rites Ratings & Reviews
- Ana Kaja PremerlAugust 26, 2025Sadly this is the last film from the conjuring Verse. The Best one ever.
- WiseGuySaidSoApril 9, 2026Last Rites is a solid entry in the mainline Conjuring verse and a gratifying conclusion to Ed and Lorraine's story. You can see in their performances that Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga have tremendous chemistry that shines through in every scene that they share,
- saadhandelFebruary 12, 2026I love this movie and I want to watch
- eyeofthetornadoSeptember 5, 2025Just watched The Conjuring: Last Rites and honestly… it’s definitely the weakest one in the franchise. Relying on one symbol which is mirror felt lazy, and the same jump scares over and over started to get predictable. But hey, it’s still The Conjuring. We love this universe, and even if this one didn’t hit as hard as the others, we still had a fun time watching it. Sometimes just being back in that spooky world is enough. 👻
- Oʂɯαʅԃσ RσყҽƚƚSeptember 7, 2025You can see the love and care given to a proper Warren send-off, but the actual case, which is quite interesting and true, is given a regrettable back seat.
- RickSeptember 4, 2025What I’ve learned from these movies is that if you finish your basement and don’t have a creepy attic you are 87% less likely to be haunted by demons. I thought this was a fitting send off to the Conjuringverse, but I was informed this is actually just the end of Phase 1….. so I guess we have another dozen of these coming.
- ZokkiieFebruary 8, 2026Honestly, it feels like the movie is trying really hard to feel important, even when it’s just being a typical Conjuring sequel. There are some effective scares and the focus on Judy gives it a nice emotional hook, but the story plays it pretty safe. It’s entertaining enough and looks good, just not especially memorable. Still, a fun horror night
- Deidre ThompsonSeptember 19, 2025Very terrifying , scary, action packed
- sopulaSeptember 9, 2025A couple of powerful moments in the last act. Overall nothing scary at all, just loud noises and hallucinations/dreams of no consequence, generic ghost people and a “demon” thats “different this time” far fall from the great impact of the first movie.
- UlySeptember 11, 2025I think this was a pretty solid horror entry overall. The jump scares land, and as always, Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga carry the film with the same strong presence they’ve had in every Conjuring movie. That said, my gripes with it are pretty heavy. The addition of Judy’s fiancé, Tony, felt pointless — he added nothing and could’ve been cut without changing the story. Judy herself, now grown up, was a bit of a snoozefest too. I get the whole angle of the entity wanting her back since she “came from the dead,” but the payoff at the end just didn’t hit. One thing I’ve noticed with these films: they always seem to get less scary toward the finale. Instead of peaking with the most terrifying moments, the climax feels watered down, which undercuts the tension they build so well earlier on. Overall, I’d give it a decent 3 out of 5.
- rampage98October 3, 2025I am always happy when another chapter of this story comes along and this one does not disappoint. Still full of little nuggets of mystery to further complete the Warren puzzle. I couldn't wait to dive right in! 🎃
- FTVFebruary 3, 2026While this wasn’t my favorite movie in the franchise it was still good to see the Warrens at it again. Fighting evil. Saving innocent people from the darkness. Vera Farmiga, and Patrick Wilson are so good that I believed they were married in real life. Their chemistry is next level. I hope this is not truly the last movie because this Cinematic universe is one of the best. If it’s connected to the Conjuring Universe I am watching it.
- Jamie DurrantJanuary 16, 2026The occasional scare, very dark, very disjointed
- Ratan PhamberJanuary 11, 2026While I felt it was missing that wow factor, it's still a great Conjuring movie with great paranormal horror moments.
- eddie43351October 7, 2025Best dam movie I have seen in a long time this one had me scared and that takes a lot.
