The Blues Brothers Ratings & Reviews
- Jason BlackthornNovember 22, 2025Legitimately one of the best movies of all time. Incredible music, fantastic characters (and many, many cameos), quoteable as hell, and just overall a great time. This is my autistic son's favourite film and as such I have seen it more than I can countand it is still a great watch every single time.
- Andrew LepidasNovember 8, 2025A classic!
- We smoke itJanuary 29, 2025Always a fun time i love it so much
- CarbonDJNovember 3, 2025All time classic. Make yourself an Orange Whip (or three) and enjoy the ride. Amazing music and the best car chases (and crashes).
- mookie317October 17, 2025I mean, it's a classic. If you don't love this movie, that's on you.
- Pokit the phoxAugust 17, 2025Amazing cast of actors and musicians with forgotten blues songs that changed music and shaped the way we perform our craft for others. Turn this one up and shake your tails to one of the best musical comedies ever made. 5. Tail. Wags.
- Mister ArnMay 16, 2025"The Blues Brothers" expands on characters originally from "Saturday Night Live," creating a full-length film centered around their antics. The film enlists the talents of Blues music legends to accompany the duo on their self-proclaimed "mission from God." While the action sequences are exaggerated and overdone, the soundtrack is exceptional, featuring numerous unforgettable numbers.
- ርልዪረFebruary 8, 2025🕴️🕴️ I must say that this film was fun to watch. The combination of John Landis directing, with John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd as Jake and Elwood Blues made for a very funny and entertaining film. Jake and Elwood have to raise $5000 to keep the state from taking over the orphanage where they grew up. To do so, they decide to get their band back together. They hit the road trying to find places to play, and make money. All along proclaiming that "we're on a mission from God". There are many interesting twists and turns in the plot that make the film even more fun. As a musician myself, I really enjoyed how some legendary blues artists like Ray Charles and John Lee Hooker were featured in the film. This film is funny, it has great action and adventure, an interesting story, and lots of great music! What more could you ask for? Definitely a must see!
