The early 1970s, the New Year's Eve hustle of the big city. Moscow sixth graders Kostya and Tosha and Kostya's four-year-old brother, Ruslan, are trying to find Katya Inozemtseva to deliver an important telegram. During the search, they will learn about the exciting heroic pages of her life.
