- UniqueMovies Deb H21 November 2025Has anyone ever had even one day like this woman is going through?? 💔 I'm not even halfway through this movie and I just had to start leaving a review. ❄️ This movie is totally amazingly outstanding. The acting is so good. I love this actress. She's good in every movie.🌹 I can totally relate with her character 100% because there was a time that I was in her shoes.🙏 Different circumstances but the pain and struggle was just as harsh and unbearable.💔 I never committed crimes but I knew people that did when I was going through my struggles They were going through even worse. I hope and I pray whoever watches this movie that it will reach out and touch your hearts 💗 and when you see somebody struggling and suffering, do something to help them if you can. Even if it means you offer them your couch to sleep on. 🌹💔🌹 Tyler Perry knows what he's doing when he puts these movies together. He is the best 🌹💔🌹 This film is definitely a must-see and worth the watch✨❄️✨
- BexBex6 June 2025Absolutely brilliant film… she’s an amazing actress, so much heart in any character she plays, I love her. Was not expecting that ending it had me in tears
- Cineit.blog14 October 2025What starts as a tense and empathetic story about a desperate mother pushed to the edge quickly unravels into a frustrating mess. The movie's big "twist" isn't clever; it's a cheap gimmick that cheats the audience by showing things that never happened. Taraji P. Henson gives a strong performance, but she's wasted in a film bogged down by awful writing, gaping plot holes, and a cast of unbelievable characters. It's a manipulative and poorly executed thriller that fools you in the worst way possible.
- Jordan Greenhut1 August 2025After sitting through another Tyler Perry garbage chute, I did some self-reflection. I wondered if subconscious racism was preventing me from enjoying a famous black producer. After a lot of thought, I've come to the conclusion that Tyler Perry is a terrible film maker. I challenge Tyler Perry to have one profound thought. Taraji was incredible. She was the only reason I made it through this unintelligible crap. Ftr, I love the black representation in his films, but can we get some ugly representation? Why is every character a super model? It just looks ridiculous. Show some love for the ugly people.
- Maggie Diane Evans10 June 2025Everyone needs to watch this movie! Best movie I have watched in a very long time
- Victoria Duran9 June 2025Such a good movie. As a single mom this movie really points out the struggles and daily challenges we face
- kwrr427 July 2025Loved this movie! It reminded me of "Maid" the mini series.
- PFlix13 June 2025most of the time tyler perry makes junk. This however was such a touching movie. as a dad this touches your heart and what you would do for your child and how nothing would stop that. would recommend!
- Marian Iulian25 July 2025Amazing movie, emotional, great lessons! Worth a try!
- Ahmed21 June 2025Very sad movie. Makes you cry.
- texas31916 June 2025Ummm story line was okay. The movie felt like a an easy read book. Definitely leaned on the single black struggling mom aspect…. ALOT overall okay watch while eating on a lunch break. The acting by Taraji P Henson, Glynn Turman Richmond Dunbar were good as they are seasoned actors…. Teyana should take some lessons from her husband. 😆. The scenes feels like a staged area at TPs studio. They only flow between 3-4 locations with give a lower budget feel. The story itself would be better with a solid backstory. They jump right into the struggles. Already that enough leaning in on this movie. 🍿
- Robertkul9 June 2025Pretty good movie. It’s shows that things are not always what they seem.
- tabatha2888 June 2025This was great movie , Tyler Perry out did him self.
- nickc201911 June 2025It dragged on but interesting plot twist at the end
