Staying Alive

While she anxiously awaits the prognosis, she meets with the wife, Shirin, and son, Altaf, of yet another patient, Shaukat Ali, an underworld gangster, who has suffered his first heart attack. Both women are drawn to each other in their sorrow and despair knowing fully well that their spouses may not live for long, and both may not be ready to accept the changes that are yet to come in their respective lives.
