- Kevin Ward3 de julio de 2025Although this had some ridiculous dialogue (in a really fun way) and a couple gruesome deaths, it really kind of took a tailspin in the last 30-40 minutes or so. With dialogue moments like, Stella: “Talk dirty to me, Frank” Frank: “um….tits. Fuck. Um….screw.” I’ve never felt so seen. 😆. Just some absolute ridiculous campy stuff throughout which is fun. But the kills down the stretch are pretty underwhelming. One girls falls into the schools septic system (which is uncovered for some reason?) and the killer gently presses his foot down on her head. I think it’s suggested in the next scene that somehow her blood spilling back up and overflowing the toilet. And the “final girl” Carol repeatedly drops a perfectly good weapon right next to the knocked out killer for….reasons. I‘m not sure how she earned that WWE championship belt, because she did not put up a good fight. That and the score was an earworm in the worst kind of way. It’s still stuck in my head. It is a sort of ridiculous fun watch and a perfect April fools flick.

Unos jóvenes de instituto gastan una broma a Marty, el típico alumno empollón. La broma acaba mal, Marty sufre quemaduras graves y su cara queda desfigurada. Años después, cuando nadie recuerda el incidente y todos son adultos, los responsables de aquello son invitados a una reunión de alumnos en el viejo instituto el día 1 de abril (día de los inocentes en Estados Unidos). Una vez allí, se dan cuenta que la reunión no existe y que están atrapados dentro. Alguien comenzará a asesinarlos uno a uno.
