Silent Zone Ratings & Reviews
- SgtSnoogansMarch 25, 2025I can't understand the level of hate this movie receives. While it does tend to stay on the "run of the mill" side of zombie movies, nothing really falls too short to keep it from being an enjoyable movie. There are plenty of cliches found along the experience but it makes valiant attempts to try and add unique spins along the way. The effects didn't draw too much away from the action, but, if you're going into this movie expecting Resident Evil or the Walking Dead, you're setting yourself up for failure. The action and gunplay seems to stay fairly accurate, and there doesn't seem to be an excess of gunfire staying true to the idea of ammo shortage during an event such as this. The runtime sat well, leaving the end credits rolling before it had over stayed it's welcome. In a world of absolutely terrible b-movies, this stands heads over its current competition. It's worth the watch if you have the time or are a fan of zombie movies. I would take the hate with a grain of sale and give it a chance.
- jwevansMarch 24, 2025It is just one notch above awful. There is a reason you didn't see it advertised for the theaters.
- Mike ShulmanMay 9, 2025People seem to love this movie or hate it. I'm somewhere in between. The acting isn't great but not terrible, the story isn't great but not terrible, the rules for the zombies are a little off. But it definitely has heart. They tried to make a good movie here and you have to appreciate that. It's a notch above all the B zombie movies that don't even try to tell a story. It's worth a watch if you're a fan of the genre like me.

- Dan The Man KearneyOctober 13, 20254.5/10 - It Wasn't The Worst "Average" Zombie movie i've seen i have seen some really bad ones like (Corpse Sniper) There are some real bad points in this FIlm With Dialogue that i did Skip over But for the Most part It was a Ight Netflix Type Zombie movie
- Thomas OgdenAugust 18, 2025Enjoy this tbh.
- ZokkiieJuly 10, 2025It tries to deliver some low-budget sci-fi thrills, but mostly falls flat. The acting is wooden, the dialogue feels forced, and the pacing drags. It’s watchable if you’re in the mood for a cheesy B-movie night, but overall, it's a miss more than a hit.

- John HomenMarch 16, 2025No, you deserve better. At the time of this review 290 people gave this a 10 star review. 290 people rated this as one of the greatest movies OF ALL TIME. This is a collection of over played ideas, troupes and clichés. And like discount gas station sushi in a land locked state, this is just a really bad idea. We get our bad script, with stagnant dialogue and add in worse actors, draped in terrible costuming (new clothes 10 years after the end of the world as we know it) to flail about a plot that I'm sure will have enough holes in it to do loopty loops with the cargo jet of your choosing. Expectations were low, and they magically limbo'd under it. Killed the playback at 22:38 and want to bill the production team for lost time.

- RumCrazyApril 2, 2025This movie is a hard pass, the initial story is decent but the acting is subpar. I blame that on the writing, so many times you know what was going to happen before it did, and then scratched your head saying “seriously?” as you both laughed and cried at the same time. Two main events happen which is extremely hard to believe it would ever pan out that way. No spoilers here though, but trust me if you’re a zombie fan at all and watch it, you’ll be sorry.
- taylorjo92March 25, 2025Not What I Expected — In a Good Way A friend of mine saw Silent Zone before I did and told me I should check it out — and I’m glad I listened. I’m a big fan of zombie movies in general, whether it’s full-on horror, post-apocalyptic survival, or even the funny ones. As long as it’s entertaining and has some bite (pun intended), I’m in. At first, I thought Silent Zone was going to be a straight-up zombie slasher with non-stop action, but it turned out to be something quite different — and better than I expected. It’s more of a character-driven story, kind of a mix between a drama and a road movie, with some solid action moments sprinkled in. The zombie threat is always there, but the focus is more on the emotional journey and the connection between the characters. It’s got a unique vibe — quiet, tense, and really well shot. The performances were strong too. It’s not the kind of zombie movie that’s all about headshots and gore, but it still kept me hooked all the way through. For me, it's a solid 3.5 out of 5. Definitely worth a watch, especially if you're into the more thoughtful side of the genre.
