Washington D.C. gets shredded, the White House gets sharked and David Hasselhoff shows up as Fin’s dad, because why not? The title says it all: “Oh Hell No!” is exactly the reaction and the movie embraces it. Streaming this was pure camp. It’s nonsense, but it knows it and plays it loud.
