Seabiscuit Ratings & Reviews
- Charles LondonMay 17, 2025Moving and inspiring, masterfully produced. This one is very high on my list of best sports movies ever made. It features wonderful wide-screen cinematography and some incredibly well-photographed racing sequences. The acting is spot on and the story extends well beyond horse racing as it delves deep into the character of the men who made Seabiscuit a national hero. Flawed and broken, but resilient and determined (the equine and human characters alike). This movie settles the argument: "Horses are people too, y'know!"
