During a shopping stroll on their 16th anniversary, lawyer Nick Fifer confesses a few affairs to his wife Deborah, and she goes wild and insists on a divorce. After they agree to the dividing up of their belongings, Deborah confesses that she too has had an affair. Now he gets very upset and wants the divorce--but the last word is not yet spoken.
