Between 1984 and 1986 the Spanish paramilitary organization GAL has attacked in the French Basque land and in Bayonne several presumed and real members of the ETA organization using sometimes professional killers from abroad.Grégoire Fortin, an advisor of the French minister of Justice Robert Badinter and Dominguo Iturbbe Abasolo aka Txomin (high chief of the ETA organization living in France) will begin a very confidential negotiation.
