- mark7d agoClose to adolescent, this is a film, heartbreaking to know a child as young as this to go through the British legal system. it makes you think what the parent is doing wrong, but signs of mental health with the child actor who played the role brilliantly, not much of a story with the parents

The mother was useless, she couldn't protect her own children. The stepfather attacked the older boy with an axe but was allowed to return to the home? What the actual hell? No one intervened until the boys killed the brute on the same night he almost killed their mothe! update at the end on where all involved are currently and how they are doing would of been good!
