- Cubane3天前I think people only pretend to like this movie because James Dean can't drive worth a damn. We've got painfully overused studio zone filming locations, 25 year olds poorly playing high schoolers, some truly dismal writing (even by '50s standards), pacing measured on geological timescales, and an insultingly boisterous musical score behind it all. As Hans Landa would say, that's a bingo!
