Was sooo close to turning this off after 30 minutes. If I wasn’t a damn completionist… This is like someone watched John Waters and decided to take any form of artistry out of it The poop scene was too much. The entire cop character was so grating and unfunny. Never heard Americans say the c-word so many times. Didn’t feel transgressive just…mean The song about crack was cool….may have moved the meter by .1*

- Doc Worm1 février 2026Opening the film to isetmyfirendsonfire is a terrific way to remind the audience that this film takes place in 2007. I was genuinely surprised by this colorful lil indie comedy. Reminiscent of similar films that came out when this movie takes place. Some excellent cutaway gags that made me genuinely laugh out loud. Chaotic DIY energy throughout. Danielle Ploeger’s over the top performance was the highlight for me. But there’s some great bit characters throughout. Bonus points for Tai Nguyen and John Ennis cameos. Another bonus point for having the 2 girls 1 cup song for the lead character's ringtone.
