The premise is wild: the President’s pacemaker is hacked, and the clock’s ticking on a $100 million ransom. It sounds like a high stakes thriller, but what unfolds feels more like a late night Tubi fever dream. The budget constraints are hard to ignore, some of the effects feel straight out of a 90s PC game and the pacing stumbles just when it should sprint. Still, there’s something endearing about how earnestly it tries. It’s not polished, but it’s got guts. If you’re into indie action flicks with a dash of camp and a whole lot of ambition, this might scratch that itch. Just don’t expect Air Force One. this is more Die Hard meets Sharknado in a government suit.
