Okay i was a kid and movies were less impressive overall, but still it had more atmosphere even without (or just because it was without?) all the fancy new realistic cgi and stuff. I cant say I really enjoyed this one very much.
- DigitalDisappointmentFebruary 19, 2025What truly awful fucking garbage. John Lithgow was far and away the best part of the movie. His performance was natural and believable, while the wife was such a damaged, fragile, needy wreck right from the start it's hard to imagine her being given a script, rather than the direction, "be as needy and useless and completely compromised of a human as possible".
