Ive heard my whole life that Nurse Ratchet was the most evil villain ever, but honestly she was just doing her job. Yeah, sure she coulda been nicer, but ultimately she was just doing her job. #nurseratchetwasjustdoingherjob

Always thought Brad Dourif was underrated and this film just displays it so well. Danny Devito and Will Sampson are in GOAT supporting role contention. And Lessick!! Literally GOATED cast When Chief runs down the basketball court 🥺 The cinematography + Jack + Scatman = ridiculous Shining vibes Had no idea Michael Berryman was in this. You love to see it!!
- carmen.s2925 January 2026I remembered this movie as one of the classics I grew up with. Watching it again, I can see why, the characters are a bit overboard for a reason, but well written. The movie is dark, funny, and somewhat scary all at the same time.

Especially that ending, WOW. I can’t believe i hadn’t watched it sooner. I don’t have much to say about it other than urging others to watch it themselves!
