I found that while Part I was more light-hearted, this was a tough watch, some scenes were horrific, and Gainsborough really went all in with her performance. I didn't like the ending, but I guess Von Trier was basically saying that all men are arseholes. He's probably not wrong... but I couldn't stop watching or thinking about this movie.

Should be viewed as the 5.5 hour sex epic that it is That “self-help” scene 😱😱😱 There’s a blatant reference to Antichrist in this and I both loved it and found it genuinely odd! It was a new type of déjà vu Watched this on the QLED big screen in the front room at 3 AM with the doors and blinds wide open. Are the kids in school yet?? (Looked it up and school starts tomorrow! They were in bed! I’m fine! 😥🚔)
