But then the plot showed up like it had something important to say… and just wouldn’t shut up. It’s not that the themes are wrong — it’s that they drown out everything else. The story feels like a TED Talk wrapped in a fairy tale, shouting over itself to make sure you get the message. Characters stop feeling like people and start sounding like commentary threads with capes. I get it — we’re all supposed to clap when a movie “means something.” But what if it says it badly? 🥇 What Slaps Art that actually takes risks Character movement and design?
