A very good movie with an upcoming executive sent to a small town to downsize a plant only to fall in love with its townspeople and the union. Slower paced but hey it's the Midwest and Winter Yo' 'now!!!! But has intelligent and plain silly humor. There's a love story. And there's lots of snow.... Mixture of well known actors and less well known actors. There's gun scene, but the guy survives. There are many secrets, but they are worth their reveals. There's even survival training - how to survive winters. No bad language I caught at all.
