- annunaki4. September 2025Of Ghosts and Gills If you're looking for a stylish, modern-day re-imagining of a group of meddling kids (sans mangy mutt), JINKIES! You've found it! This movie has everything. There's a shack-ghost who eats canned beans, questionable traps, and lots and lots of bent-over, tip-toed sneaking-around. Fred, I mean J.R. and the gang meet in a cafe/bar in Montauk and learn about a mystery of pirate treasure buried on a nearby spooky island and decide to take a shot at solving its whereabouts. Soon after they reach the shore by canoe, they realize there might be a lot more than gold buried in the island.
