Documentary investigating racism and prejudice in Rural Herefordshire, made in 2007. A selection of mixed race families and ethnic groups share their experiences of racism/discrimination within the agricultural region of Herefordshire. Talking about their experiences with racism and to help educate others about the hatred that has invaded their lives. Hate that is based on nothing more than the way they look. The people in this film are not victims; they are challenging racism and prejudice to make Herefordshire a better place for everyone to live. This film is about the community and how individual thoughts and actions, both negative and positive, feed into community attitude. Conversely, it is also about how community attitudes can influence both self-perception and an individuals sense of belonging and worth, in relation to the general community. Overall, the philosophy is that well-rounded and accepting individuals produce a well rounded and accepting society. One reflects the other.
