- Steven Schwalger8 de março de 2026Total garbage. Safe haven is Hawaii? Did all the islanders leave or get turned into zombies? if so where are they? Speaking of zombies why would you attack the city with humans when you could gather up all the zombies and send them in as the first wave? Teresa... urgh how this "see you next tuesday" needed to die a horrible death and instead what she gets is a weak redemption arc that forgives all the horrible things she has been doing for 3 movies. Rubbish just rubbish. I know this is a teeny bopper movie so its more explosions and less gore but come on its a zombie movie (or at lest a movie with zombies in it) they could have put a bit more zombie eating humans in it. I also don't get why they didn't have those spider things from movie 1 protecting the city I mean wicked makes them seems like a waste just to have them in the maze. Put a laser gun on top of one of those things and it would be unstoppable. How does wicked have all this sick as future tech (a lot of it military grade) and they are incapable of stopping a teenager with a pistol. They have freaking flying hover jet copters with dual gattlen laser cannons that are used once the whole time. They have spiders that can tear people limb from limb that they use once in a maze full of kids. They have awesome futureristc armored helmets that cant even stop a bullet from a pistol from long range. So so so many terrible choices made making this movie just don't bother with it. I hope the book doesn't make these same mistakes because I honestly can't see why it would have been made into this dumpster fire of a movie if it does. Burn it, trash it or feed it to the zombies just don't watch it. Rant over. Im going to watch a real zombie movie now.
- Numi11 de setembro de 2025Watching Maze Runner: The Death Cure felt like sprinting through a collapsing dystopia with explosions at your heels and betrayal around every corner. As the final chapter in the trilogy, it throws everything at the wall—high-stakes action, emotional farewells, and a desperate scramble for answers. Dylan O’Brien leads the charge with intensity, and while the plot sometimes feels bloated and the pacing uneven, the opening train heist alone is worth the price of admission. The film doesn’t quite stick the landing narratively, and some character arcs feel rushed or unresolved, but the visceral energy and visual grit kept me hooked. Based on my own experience, I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5. It’s flawed, sure—but it delivers enough adrenaline and closure to satisfy fans who’ve stuck with the series.

- Pringul7 de agosto de 2025This movie falls short in so many ways but there were hints of brilliance and charm that kept it afloat.
- Jason S11 de novembro de 2025Awesome trilogy...
- filmaddict00712 de outubro de 2025The Death Cure is a really strong and emotional conclusion to the Maze Runner trilogy. It’s packed with intense moments, surprising twists, and some genuinely heartbreaking scenes that hit hard. The movie balances action and emotion really well, and it feels like everything built up from the first two films finally pays off here. Dylan O’Brien once again delivers a great performance as Thomas. While his acting might’ve been slightly stronger in the first movie, he still absolutely carries this one with heart and intensity. The rest of the cast also shines, and every character feels important to the story’s final stretch. The film’s pacing is great, and there are tons of standout moments that stick with you. It’s messy—but in the best way possible. Things constantly go wrong for the characters, but that chaos makes everything feel real and urgent. The first 15 minutes start things off strong, but it’s really the final act where everything comes together and the trilogy truly shines. It’s not a perfect film, but it’s a great one. The writing, the emotion, the action—it all works together to create a satisfying and powerful ending to a solid trilogy. The Death Cure closes the story in a big, exciting, and surprisingly heartfelt way that really feels like the right send-off for these characters.
- Hakihiko18 de janeiro de 2025A (Visual) Spectacular Yet Uneven Finale "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" concludes the trilogy with a high-stakes, action-packed finale that delivers on spectacle but struggles with pacing and emotional depth. While the film attempts to wrap up the series' overarching storylines, it often sacrifices character development and narrative coherence for bombastic action sequences. The movie's strengths lie in its visual effects and ambitious set pieces. The opening train rescue sets an exciting tone, and the climactic infiltration of WCKD's stronghold is thrilling, showcasing Wes Ball's talent for crafting intense action. Dylan O'Brien continues to lead the cast effectively as Thomas, and the chemistry among the returning ensemble-Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Kaya Scodelario, and Ki Hong Lee-remains strong, adding some heart to the chaos. However, the plot feels overstuffed, juggling too many subplots and characters without giving any of them the attention they deserve. Teresa's redemption arc feels rushed, and the motivations of key players often lack clarity. The film also suffers from its lengthy runtime, with slower moments that disrupt the pacing and make the story feel stretched. The emotional stakes, particularly in terms of character deaths and resolutions, lack the weight they should have. Some moments aim for poignancy but feel underwhelming due to the lack of build-up or depth. Overall, "The Death Cure" offers an entertaining conclusion for fans of the series but fails to elevate itself beyond a standard action film. It wraps up loose ends but doesn't provide the satisfying payoff that a trilogy finale should. While enjoyable in parts, it leaves a sense of missed potential.
