How does dating and finding love work in an era where partnership has been radically redefined? All people share the yearning to connect and belong with others and the hope of experiencing genuine intimacy. Our three protagonists Sarah (Austria), Johanna (Germany) and Sampsa (Finland) search for love in very different ways and show that having faith in the most unusual of methods can open up undreamed of opportunities. MATCH ME! is a feature-length documentary, that follows the lives of the protagonists over a period of one year after their offline matching experiences. Interviews accompany the process of looking for and finding love throughout its various stages. In this way the film describes an experience that is simultaneously universal and uniquely personal.
