Every year for the past decade, a group of friends has set sail for a week on Lake Ontario for some rest and relaxation, good times and to talk about life, love and loss. Over the years, the journey has come to be known as - Mancation. Two sailboats, five men, three generations come together in this year's trip that took them on a journey southward, across Lake Ontario and back. These men come from all walks of life and have one thing in common: a love of the sea and a desire to share ideas and emotions, something men aren't always inclined to do. MANACATION is a candid snapshot of Canadian masculinity in our times.
