Directed by Hisayasu SatôA reporter for a TV show that broadcasts provocative events live tries to get the viewer ratings up with the program. This she does by kidnapping her own little sister, together with her cameraman, exposing her to sexual assault being filmed and then sending the movie to the TV channel that sends the clip completely unruly.
