Directed by Gerry ChiniquyInspector Clouseau of the French Surete goes to England to assist Scotland Yard in apprehending an international criminal, but because he is in the more civilized British Isles, trigger-happy Clouseau is barred from using his gun! Every time Clouseau raises his gun to fire at the criminal, he is chastised by a polite Scotland Yard officer, who urges, "No shooting!"
