Jeong Man-cheol tops the realm of taxi drivers with his good looks and kind heart. He manages to fall in love with two women, thanks to his big heart. While managing to remain faithful to each of the two women at the same time, he makes the mistake of his life on his birthday by catching the most wanted man in the country by accident. He wakes up in the hospital with the press and cameras swarming around him to cover the "Brave Citizen".
