Gerard Butler is brilliant in this role, intense, calculated, and impossible to look away from. Not usually a Jamie Foxx fan, but he absolutely deserves credit here too. Dark, satisfying, and wildly rewatchable.

- DaveJune 27, 2025Im always a fan of the movies made where you can relate to the bad guy. This really brings that home. Throughout most of the movie I find myself rooting for him, even when hes killing people who outside of negligence of their duties appear to be good themselves. His vengeance is brutal and very relatable given the offenses commited against him. Ive always enjoyed this movie and will continue to for years to come.
