Directed by Antonio del RealRamón, an egocentric and successful film producer, is only interested in money and women. Shortly after receiving a Goya for his latest film, he learns that his friend Enrique, a forgotten actor who is going through a rough patch, needs help. He has contacted Faby, an undocumented Peruvian waitress who works in the slum where Enrique has felt ill. Fascinated by the girl, Ramón decides to solve her problems, marrying her to Enrique.
