Jebu Donga is the story of a thief Chittu Babu alias Chakrapani (Chiranjeevi) who is framed for the crimes committed by an audacious terrorist Ji Mumba (Prabhakar). When he tries to solve his problem, he comes to know that he was used as a part of the CBI's plot against terrorism. Chitti Babu then realizes his duty towards his country and hatches a dangerous plan to neutralize Ji Mumba.
